Good News and Bad News in Margaritaville



The good news: My mom has been devouring the rhubarb custard pie I made yesterday.

The bad news: I've been stuffing myself with it, too.

  2. I think of rhubarb as an Iowa thing, much like walleye is a Minnesota thing, but rhubarb is now trendily popular on the East coast, where mixologists formerly known as bartenders use it in cocktails. But that's a good thing. I'm with Ethel and you when it comes to rhubarb. Bring it on!
