I think of rhubarb as an Iowa thing, much like walleye is a Minnesota thing, but rhubarb is now trendily popular on the East coast, where mixologists formerly known as bartenders use it in cocktails. But that's a good thing. I'm with Ethel and you when it comes to rhubarb. Bring it on!
It's a weird way to have a conversation. But go ahead. Then I'll find your blog (if you have one) and comment about something there. We probably won't be talking about the same thing--but I've had conversations like that, haven't you?
Hmmmm--why is it custard? How do you do that? Recipe? :)

ReplyDeleteFor your next adventure, I would advise a strawberry-rhubarb pie.
