Tuesday Morning Beach Report


Immense waves roaring in one behind the other, no space between them.


And tiny sea salps, spaced out on the sand like bread crumbs marking a path to who knows where.

And this, posted by a friend on FB: Art from Guantanamo detainees who were imprisoned next to the sea, but not allowed to see the water.

    That story is so shocking. I know it's been said a gazillion times, but what's going to happen to us?

It's a weird way to have a conversation. But go ahead. Then I'll find your blog (if you have one) and comment about something there. We probably won't be talking about the same thing--but I've had conversations like that, haven't you?
