Mr.Ex is thus far not willing to cooperate in dividing the joint assets. I spoke to his attorney both today and last week, and he complained of not being able to get a response from Mr. Ex, whom he continues to describe as a mess. I’ll keep pushing him.
And the moon keeps pulling.

I can't even say what I'm thinking right now as my father always said that an intelligent person could find a better word than the string of ugly ones I'm holding back ... inspired by the behavior of your ex.
He so obviously wants to starve you into submission! I wonder if he even cares what his children (older) think at all about his total lack of character.
